Strategy
Although he targets building only, due to his HP per Elixir, using him on defense is not a bad idea at all, to soak damage and slows the enemy units.
He is also excellent at pulling troop, especially while dealing with Giant Poison. Drop the Ice Golem at the middle to pull the Mini P.E.K.K.A supporting the Golem to the other lane.
Hog Rider + Ice Golem is a promising combo! Ice Golem can act as the meat shield for the Hog Rider. Upon death, Ice Golem slows down everything nearby, giving the Hog more time to hit the Tower. This also pays more time for the Musketeer and Valkyrie more time to deal with the defending troops.
Also, seems like at level 7 (Tourney standard), he has about 1,100 HP (yes, for only 2 Elixir), which more more than Miner, Mini P.E.K.K.A, Baby Dragon… With the help of the Mirror, we will have an insane 2k HP meatshield for 3 Musketeers or whatever behind.
